How it Works?
1) If you have booked an international or domestic holiday package from us and within 24 hrs of booking you find cheaper holiday package from any other travel agency or Online website.
2) Mail the package details to [email protected] within 24 hrs from registered email id (used for booking package).
3) We will verify the claim within 2 working days and revert on validity of the claim.
4) If claim found true, Pack N Go Holidays pays double the difference of package to you.
5) Pack N Go Holidays decision on the verification shall be final & binding.
Lowest Price Challenge - Terms & Conditions
- This price challenge only applies to package holidays (i.e. flight and hotel) supplied by an Indian Licensed agencies and online travel agencies which has the same holiday immediately available for purchase
- This challenge is not valid for Travel Agents or B2B agents.
- Offer is valid if the person challenging the amount is same as person who made the bookings.
- You must submit a price challenge request within 24 hrs of booking the holiday with us.
- Lowest Price Challenge claims validation mode will be only via emails and not telephonically.
- Any holiday you would like to price challenge must be available to book live and include all handling charges, baggage charges (if required), booking fees, credit card fees etc.
- Price challenge is not applicable where the price includes any coupons or offers. The price should be available to general public.
- The claims will be accepted only against competitor's valid quotation. To verify the claim, obtain a printed/mail confirmation from competitor travel agent (or print out of web page at final payment stage), with final cost including a breakdown of fare, taxes, fees, charges, booking conditions, travel dates, number of passengers, airline booking number (where applicable) and date of quote clearly shown.
- The challenge is against the competitor's initial quote only.
- Where we believe that there is an error in price displayed by a competitor or the price displayed is no longer available to book. The price challenge will apply to the new price.
- Double the difference will be awarded as a travel credit. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking. These funds may only be used for travel in the passenger names of the original booking and cannot be used towards another Price Beat. No cash refund would be made.
- Upon verification of the claim, the amount of the difference in price would be processed with 14 working days.
- Price difference refund will be processed in the same credit card/debit card/net banking account through which the payment is made.
- This challenge doesn't apply for the quotations received directly from Hotels or airlines. Also challenge is not valid on pre-hold booking of airlines or hotels.
- If a customer cancels the holiday package after availing the price difference amount, Pack N Go Holidays will refund booking amount minus the cancellation charges and price difference amount which was paid to the customer under this offer.
- This offer will not be will not be applicable on bookings that will be rescheduled, cancelled or refunded.
- If customer cancels the booking before the price difference amount is paid to the customer, Pack N Go will refund booking amount minus the cancellation charges but customer will not be entitled to claim the fare difference amount in any manner whatsoever.
- Decision of Pack N Go Holidays evaluation team will be final & binding in this regard.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
- Pack N Go Holidays shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Pack N Go Holidays reserves the right to withdraw, amend, modify, or terminate this offer anytime without notice or liability.
