We Have Had A Pleasant And Successful Kashmir Trip In Spite Of Occasional Inclement Weather And Partial Closure Of Shops Due To Local Unrest. The Best Part Was That The Car (innova) Was Good And It's Owner Driver Was Very Customer Friendly, Well Behaved & Cooperative. Wished He Could Double Up As A Guide As Well ! The Comfort Level And Cleanliness In Hotels Were A Few Shades Below Our Expectation ; Although The Staff Attitude Was Positive And Eagerness To Delight The Customer Was Adequate. Location Of Hotels Were Satisfactory ( Near Lake/market Place ). We Wish To Record Our Appreciation To Mrs Santosh Katoch , For Setting Up An Excellent Tour Plan , With A Keen Eye For Details And Out Of Box Thinking. We Enjoyed Allocation Of The Vehicle For Our Use W/o Restrictions. The 'operations' People Could Have Been A Little Less 'edgy' Though. . Overall It Was A Well Designed Value For Money 'package'. We Look Forward To Working With You Again In Future !
